Reflection for Project Management Workshop

A Social AI CDT student, Tobias Thejll-Madsen, delivered an interactive workshop titled, “Reflection for Project Management” which he developed to help peers use reflective learning as a tool to evaluate and improve project management.

The purpose of the workshop was to help students learn how to:

  • Have a clear definition of reflection and reflective practice.
  • See value in reflecting on experiences as a part of a longer project with the goal of improving outcomes and relationships.
  • Know how to structure reflections using reflective models in writing or in conversations with others.
  • Build a reflective habit.

The workshop drew from The Reflective Toolkit, which is a free online resource, created by Tobias when he was working as an Educational Resource Developer for the University of Edinburgh.
